Appel à tous - on recherche des coordonnateurs de stage et des installations pour 2010!

L'année 2009 se termine, et je suis déjà occupée à planifier les évènements et l'horaire 2010. D'ici quelques jours, je dévoilerai de nouveaux formats et contenus de stages qui vont refléter les dernières améliorations au programme Parelli et offrir plus de souplesse et de choix aux éléves intéressés à participer.

Je suis présentement à la recherche d'étudiants Parelli motivés qui aimeraient devenir des coordonnateurs de stage dans leur région. Le rôle du coordonnateur de stage est décrit sur mon site internet. Spécifiquement, il s'agit de trouver un endroit pour recevoir le stage, l'organiser et le promouvoir, s'occuper des inscriptions, des paiements et de la logistique de l'évènement. En échange, le coordonnateur peut participer au stage gratuitement! C'est une merveilleuse façon d'aider au développement de Parelli, de rencontrer d'autres adeptes et de tisser des liens, ainsi que d'avancer son savoir-faire équestre. Vous apprendrez autant en observant ce qui se passe dans les coulisses et bien sûr, vous aurez à passer beaucoup de temps en contact avec l'instructeur. Si vous êtes intéressés à devenir coordonnateur, veuillez me contacter le plus tôt possible.

En 2010, je vais lancer un nouveau stage Initiation d'un jour pour les débutants du programme Parelli. Les élèves y apprendront les bases de la psychologie équine et les 7 jeux (travail au sol seulement). Vous pourrez aussi réserver des stages de travail au sol aux niveaux 1 et 2 pour ceux qui ne sont pas prêts à monter, et j'enseignerai les Savvys On Line et Freestyle aux niveaux 1, 2, et 3. Les formules Coaching mensuel par vidéo, les ateliers, leçons et conférences seront toujours offertes, vous donnant le choix entre une grande variété de formats et d'options à différentes gammes de prix. Il devrait y avoir quelque chose qui puisse convenir à chacun, et si ce n'est pas le cas, n'hésitez pas à me contacter, je ferai de mon mieux pour trouver une solution qui rencontre vos besoins!

Looking for clinic coordinators and facilities for 2010!

As 2009 draws to a close, I am busy planning schedules and events for 2010. In a few days, I will be releasing a new format and contents for clinics which will reflect the recent enhancements in the Parelli Levels Pathway and offer more flexibility and choices for students interested.

I am currently looking for motivated Parelli students who would like to become clinic coordinators in their area. The role of the clinic coordinator is described on my web site. Namely, it involves finding a facility, setting up and advertising the clinic, taking registrations and payments and overseeing the logistics and organization of the event. In exchange, coordinators get to ride in the clinic at no charge! It's a great way to help promote Parelli, to meet other students and make friends, and to partake in the horsemanship. You'll learn just as much by observing what goes on backstage and of course, you get to spend lots of time with the instructor. Please contact me asap if you are interested in becoming a coordinator.

Currently, my availability for 2010 clinics will most likely be as follows (Keep checking the web site for the most current information):

Quebec - 25 May to 14 July and after Oct 15
Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta - 15-30 July and 1-14 October (Cross Canada trip)
BC (to be confirmed) - August and September

In 2010, I will be introducing a new one day Get Started clinic for beginners in the Parelli program, where students will learn the basics of horse psychology and the seven games (ground work only). You will also be able to book ground work only clinics at Level 1 and 2, and I will be teaching On Line and Freestyle at Level 1, 2 and 3. Monthly video coaching, workshops, lessons and conferences will continue to be offered to provide a wide variety of options and formats at different price scales. There should be something to suit every student, and if there is not, please talk to me, I will try my best to come up with a solution to fit your needs!

À venir très bientôt (21 Nov) - le nouveau programme d'étude des niveaux 1 à 4!

Vous avez peut-être déjà entendu la rumeur - Parelli va bientôt lancer un nouvel ensemble de coffrets DVD, la version la plus récente et la plus complète des niveaux jamais produite, qui couvrira les niveaux 1 à 4. Mettant en vedette Pat à son meilleur, ces DVDs incorporent tout ce que Pat et Linda ont appris sur l'enseignement des niveaux Parelli depuis le lancement des premiers coffrets en 1999, y compris l'information sur les Horsenality et les Patterns. Pat y montre les jeux avec des chevaux d'expérience et avec un cheval qui n'a jamais fait de Parelli. J'ai eu droit à un aperçu, c'est un super outil d'apprentissage et très bien produit - et il sera lancé à prix très avantageux pour les membres du Savvy Club. Get ready for the new Levels program - coming soon (November 21)

You might have heard the rumors - Parelli will soon be releasing a new set of DVDs, the latest and improved Levels Program which will cover Level 1 to 4. Featuring Pat in his best teaching mode yet, this set of DVD will incorporate everything Pat and Linda have learned about teaching the Parelli levels since they first launched the Levels program in 1999, including Horsenality and Patterns information. Pat shows the games with advanced horses as well as with a horse that has never done Parelli. I have seen a sneak preview, it is a great learning tool and beautifully produced - and it will be launched at a very special price to Savvy Club members. In addition, a new 'Get started' DVD will be produced that will introduce new students to the basics and will be available at a VERY SMALL price. Le Savvy Club - Parelli's Savvy Club

Le Savvy Club, c'est votre portail vers l'information, la formation, les membres du programme Parelli et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour apprendre l'équitation naturelle. En plus de vous offrir d'importantes économies sur tout le matériel et l'équipement, le Savvy Club comprend l'accès au site réservé qui contient les détails sur les évaluations de niveaux, la base de données question et réponse, le forum des membres et une foule d'autres outils pour vous aider à avancer. Vous recevrez aussi chaque mois un DVD ou un magazine bourrés d'articles éducatifs. Pour environ 25$ par mois, moins cher qu'un café par jour, c'est un incontournable si vous désirez sérieusement progresser et accomplir vos objectifs dans le programme. De plus, les DVDs du club sont désormais sous-titrés en plusieurs langues!

À compter de 2010, tous les élèves Parelli seront tenus d'être membres du Savvy Club pour participer aux cours et aux formations, et pour pouvoir passer les niveaux. J'ai donc modifié tous mes formulaires pour y inclure une case Savvy Club où je vous demanderai d'indiquer votre numéro de membre. Conservez-le donc à proximité, ou apprenez-le par coeur! Les élèves débutants pourront se procurer une carte d'invité d'un jour pour consulter temporairement le site avant de s'abonner pour de bon.

Pour les mordus qui n'en ont jamais trop, les niveaux Argent et Or vous offrent encore plus: des manuels ciblés, des CDs audios de Pat, une ligne d'appel réservée aux membres, les auditions sans frais - consultez le site pour plus de détails!

The Savvy Club is your portal to the information, knowledge, other members of the Parelli program and all you need to learn natural horsemanship. In addition to substantial savings on all Parelli materials and equipment, the Savvy Club includes access to the members only site which contains all the info on the Levels Pathway and audition process, an extensive and searchable Q&A database, a members forum and a host of other tools to help you learn. You will receive each month a DVD or a magazine full of educational articles. For around $25 a month, less than one coffee per day, you cannot pass it up if you are serious about learning and progressing in the Parelli program. The Savvy Club DVDs are now subtitled in several languages too, including English!

Starting 2010, all Parelli students will need to be members of the Savvy Club in order to participate in clinics and lessons, and to be assessed for their levels. I have modified all my forms to include a field for your SC number. Please have it handy, or know it by heart! Beginners will be able to obtain a one day guest pass to visit the site until they formally join.

Pension extérieure avec services (Pont-Rouge, QC)

Étant donné que je prévois être en Floride de février à la mi-mai, je mets l'enclos de mes chevaux en location. Si vous connaissez quelqu'un qui recherche une bonne pension extérieure avec services pour y héberger ses chevaux pendant l'hiver et le printemps, passez le mot.

L'enclos est sécuritaire, muni d'un grand abri neuf, d'une mangeoire à foin en fibre de verre F.Duplessis et d'un abreuvoir chauffé de 300 gallons. Il est nettoyé 6 jours par semaine et le pensionnaire a accès à toutes les installations du centre: club-house, sellerie et salle de bains chauffés, manège intérieur, 3 carrières extérieures dont une déneigée l'hiver, pistes de randonnée qui aboutissent dans la cour du centre (pas de route à traverser et 4 km entretenus l'hiver). Le centre est situé au Centre Équestre Équi-Passion à Pont-Rouge, environ 20 minutes de Québec.

Mastery Program

I just found out that I will be starting my 2010 leg of the Mastery Program on February 15. The Mastery Program is headed by Pat and now the only way to obtain 3 stars and above as an instructor. It is available to Parelli Professionals only and this is where Pat will be developping Mastery Instructors and teaching levels 5 and above. I will most likely be in Florida from early February to the end of April and be available to book clinics after May 15th.

Last year, I spent 9 weeks at the Parelli center as a student and as faculty support. I spent 3 weeks at Pat's barn playing with his horses as an intern in the program. It was intense and I enjoyed personal time with both Pat and Linda with my own horse, which propelled me into new levels of savvy and feel.

This is exciting news and I look forward to the opportunity to advance my horsemanship with the master himself! Stay tuned for more details.

Je viens tout juste d'apprendre que je débuterai mon stage 2010 en tant qu'interne du Mastery Program le 15 février prochain. Le Mastery Program est dirigé par Pat et c'est maintenant la seule façon d'accéder aux niveaux supérieurs en tant qu'instructeur (3 étoiles et plus). Ce programme s'adresse sur invitation aux instructeurs Parelli agréés; c'est là que Pat développe ses Maîtres Instructeurs et enseigne les niveaux 5 et plus. Je serais probablement en Floride du début février à la fin avril et je serai disponible pour les réservations de stage après le 15 mai.

L'an dernier, j'ai séjourné 9 semaines au centre Parelli en tant qu'élève et enseignante. J'ai été invitée à passer 3 semaines à l'écurie de Pat et à monter ses chevaux en tant qu'interne du programme. Ce fut une période intense et j'ai pu personnellement recevoir du coaching de la part de Pat et Linda avec mon propre cheval. Cela m'a permis d'accéder à une autre étape dans la recherche du savvy et du feel ultimes.

Je suis emballée par la nouvelle et j'ai hâte d'y être pour avancer mes connaissances avec l'aide du maître lui-même. Restez branché pour les détails!
